RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS
PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE (by selecting “Contact Us”) BEFORE MAKING ANY RETURNS. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCT WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUND WITHOUT THIS NUMBER.

Ownership of goods passes to the customer once we deliver them to the carrier. While we will help you with any situations you encounter, issues resulting from carrier error(s) will need to be addressed with the carrier. All of the major carriers that we work with have policies relating to these situations that you should investigate prior to placing your order.

Items in their new state and original packaging may be returned within 30 days from purchase date for a refund of product cost only. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. We will not take product returns or exchanges after 30 days from purchase date.
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), a refund of product cost and shipping costs (ground freight return only) will be given.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be accepted for return. Our decision will be final to determine the condition of the returned product.
Refunds are offered in the same form as the original purchase. We ask that you allow up to four weeks from time of return receipt to see the refund on your credit card statement. If you do not see your refund by this time, please contact us for assistance.

EXCHANGES
PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE (by selecting “Contact Us”) BEFORE MAKING ANY EXCHANGES.
Should you wish to make a product exchange, please contact us and indicate the item you are returning and the item with which you would like to exchange. Please include the product number, name, color, size (where applicable), and quantity.
Please include the original packing slip in the return shipment. The cost of the returned item will be refunded (as approved), and the new product and shipping costs will be charged to the same payment method. Shipping costs for the original item will not be refunded unless product was returned as a result of error (see “RETURNS” above).
